African Dances Of Mali Workshop
Mon 26 October 2026
Activity Overview
Enter the world of West African rhythm and movement.
There is a space where the body remembers things that the mind has forgotten. Where percussion isn't background music, language is. Where every step has a story, every movement has a root, every rhythm has a reason.
Grounding. Rhythm. Liberation.
The African Dances of Mali workshop is coming to Aeriko to become the weekly appointment you owe yourself.
Live music with African percussion. Dynamic movement. Strong rhythms.
We tune into the sound, learn the origins and history of the dance, and build our own expression on them. An hour and a half full of tension, energy and movement that discharges you and fills you up for the rest of the week.
The classes are coordinated by Nassira D from Kelenya Athens.
📅 When: Monday, October 26
⏰ Time: 20:30–22:00
🎫 Cost: €15
