Tai Chi is more than exercise — it’s a moving meditation that:

Through smooth, continuous motion, the body relaxes while the mind becomes clear and present ☯️

🧑‍🏫 Instructor

The session is guided by Mr. Ilias, a Tai Chi Chuan (Yang Style – 108 Long Form) and Qi Gong teacher with over 14 years of experience.

He has previously run his own school and now offers more personalized, one-on-one and small group sessions. His approach focuses on authentic practice, proper guidance, and connection between movement and energy flow.
