Join us for a magical summer evening under the stars, where great company, a scenic walk, and astronomy come together for a truly unforgettable experience. 🌙✨

👥 We'll meet outside Acropolis Metro Station and begin our evening together.

🌿 We'll enjoy a relaxing walk along the beautiful paths beneath the illuminated Acropolis, get to know each other, and take part in a short social walk filled with great conversations, stunning views, and a wonderful atmosphere. ✨🏛️

🕙 At 22:15, we'll arrive outside the National Observatory of Athens, where our private guided tour, exclusively for the Voor Social group, will begin. 🔭

During the experience, we'll discover the fascinating history of the first research institution of modern Greece, explore the Observatory's historic buildings, and learn about astronomy, science, and the important role the Observatory has played throughout the years. 🌌

🔭 The experience includes:

✨ Visit to the Geophysical & Astrophysics Museum
 ✨ Visit to the historic A. Syngros Meridian Telescope
 ✨ Private guided tour of the National Observatory of Athens
 ✨ Discover the Observatory's history and major milestones in Greek science
 🌕 Weather permitting, we'll observe the Moon and visible planets through a telescope. 🔭🪐

🕦 The guided tour ends at 23:30.

📌 Please respect the meeting time and try to arrive 10–15 minutes early.

📌 We will enter the Observatory together as the VOOR group, so please wait for the group at the meeting point.

📌 Please respect the venue, other visitors, and the instructions given by the Observatory staff.

📌 During the guided tour, kindly avoid loud conversations or interrupting the guide.

📌 If telescope observation takes place, please follow all instructions regarding the proper use of the equipment.

📌 Telescope observation is weather permitting and may be modified or cancelled depending on weather conditions.

📌 Wear comfortable shoes, as we'll enjoy a short walk before the tour. Bringing a bottle of water is also recommended.
